Horizontal cement silos, vertical cement silos, and assembled cement silos are the most common cement silo styles in the market; the following is a brief introduction to the characteristics and applicable scenarios of these three cement silos.
The horizontal cement silo is square, the bottom is supported by several legs, the discharge cone is a square cone, and the silo body is welded by the structure composed of corrugated board and profile, and the overall height is low.
The horizontal cement silo production area is fully manufactured. There is no need for equipment foundation at the site. The horizontal cement silo is mainly used for mobile mixing stations and no concrete bottom mixing stations.
The vertical cement silo has a cylindrical structure, and the bottom is supported by four round tube legs, the whole warehouse is made of steel structure, welded; the top is provided with a dust collector and a pressure safety valve;
The vertical cement silo is suitable for bulk cement and monotonous fly ash. It has the characteristics of rainproof, moisture proof and convenient use. It is generally used as a supporting product for concrete mixing station (floor).
The assembled cement silo, also known as the sheet-like cement silo, is made into a sheet shape at the time of production, so that it can be transported and assembled when used, which is especially suitable for export.
The equipment of the sheet-like cement silo is relatively messy and the cost is relatively high. However, the transportation of the sheet-like cement silo is more convenient. It is suitable for the short-term application of the concrete mixing station, and the export concrete mixing station also uses the sheet-like cement silo.
