The concrete gunite machine mainly consists of the feeding part, the transmission system, the pneumatic system, the non-stick rotor, the injection system, the upper seat, the lower seat, the inverted hinged fast wedge pin fastening and the radial fast pressing device of the combined plate.
(1) The feeding part is composed of a screen, a hopper, a material feeder, a dosing plate and a batching tray. Its role is a continuous and uniform dosing. Adjusting the height of the dosing plate can control the amount of feed, thereby adjusting the capacity. Normally, the dosing plate should be adjusted to a low position.
(2) The transmission part is composed of a motor, a speed reducer, and the like. The reducer adopts gear transmission, and its function is to drive the rotor, the shifter and the like to rotate.
(3) The pneumatic system consists of valves, pressure gauges, piping, bonding plates and discharge elbows. Its role is to use compressed air to achieve the delivery of the mixture in a sealed state.
(4) The walking system consists of two pairs of iron wheels or rubber wheels. The iron wheel is suitable for the track and the rubber wheel is suitable for the trackless occasion.
(5) Non-stick rotor The non-stick rotor is the core component of the jet machine, and is mainly composed of a liner, a body, and a whole cup. Its function is to continuously deliver the mixture to the pneumatic system.
(6) The injection system consists of a delivery line, a valve, a nozzle, and a nozzle. Its role is to achieve the delivery and injection of the mixture. Adjusting the sprinkler water valve controls the amount of water added to the mix and changes the water-cement ratio of the shotcrete.
(7) Flip hinged fast wedge pin fastening consists of a flip hinge and two wedge pin fastenings. Quick fastening of the upper and lower seats and flipping of the upper seat (1000) to maintain and clean the liner, sweeping plate and cup.
(8) The side plate quick pressing device of the combined plate is composed of a turning support, a support seat, a pin shaft and a set screw. Since the flip bearing can be rotated downward, it is convenient to fold and replace the discharge elbow and the joint plate.
