Description of JS1000 concrete mixing equipment concrete mixer
1. JS series concrete mixer is twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer, which can mix dry concrete, plasticity concrete, flowability concrete, light aggregate concrete and various mortar.
2. we use high manganese wear-resisting cast steel lining board and mixing blades which is durable and convenient to replace. Working with PLD series aggregate batcher, we can form a concrete batching plant which can be used for various kinds of large, medium or small prefabricated factory, construction sites,roads, bridges, airports and tunnels etc.

| 1. Feeding mechanism consists of electric winch, lifting frame and feeding hopper. When the hopper climbs to a certain height, the roller under the hopper will go to the horizontal rails and then the hopper door will be opened and the material will be discharged into the mixing tank. There are travel limits to limit the hopper climbing and falling to guarantee safety. |  |
| 2. Mixing mechanism consists of mixing drum, gear roller anddriving system. When the drum rotates clockwise, the inside blades and the discharging blades at the discharging port help the mixing. When the drum rotates counter-clockwise, the discharging blades will make the concrete out. The mixing is driven by the friction between 4 rollers and the drum. |  |
| 3. Chasis includes four supporting legs and two wheels. The leg height can be adjusted and the wheels are for transportation. When the mixer works, the legs shall support the mixer, but no the wheels.
4. Water supply consists of motor, pump, adjusting valve and pipes. The control button can be switched into continue supply mode to wash the mixer. 5. Electric control system has cover to protect from water and dust. |

Working principle of js concrete mixing machine
•The break motor drives rotation of the coiling block, when the hopper climbs up to a certain height by loading track, the hopper door will open automaticlly, and raw materials will be put into the stirring pot.
•There are limit switches on loading shelf to assure the accurate position of the hopper. Js series hydraulic pump concrete mixer has 2 limit switches on upper limit positon, seperately offers positioning and protection for the hopper. Also there is 1 limit switch on lower limit position.
•The loading shelf of JS concrete mixing machine can be folded for easy transport.
