Three Cylinder Dryer usage and work condition
Widely used to dry yellow sand,coal, clay, slag, flyash, , iron powder,sand in casting, ect.
The material initial moisture is 15%, final is below 0.5-1.0%, is the first choice for the slag in the cement factories and premixed dry mortar production line.
The material granular size is around 20-40mm.
Three Cylinder Dryer advantages
1.The rotary dryer shell is self-insulation, thermal efficiency up to 80%(single drum dryer is only 35), the production increase 100%.
2.The whole shell length is shorter than the single drum 60%, it is good for the technology layout, reduce the factory area, and reduce the foundation investment.
3.It is high efficiency, outside of the cylinder is 60 degree, the discharging temperature is lower than 60 degree. The outlet temperature is low, which can increase the dust collector equipment
